This is the agreement between you and Trendnaut. It's short on purpose. If anything here trips you up, that's on us. Write to hello@trendnaut.com and we'll walk you through it.
You sign up. You connect your YouTube channel. We read your own data and suggest what to post next. Use the suggestions, ignore them, or schedule them through us. After a 14-day trial, Pro is $19/month. Cancel anytime from settings. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI on your content. We don't pretend the suggestions are guarantees.
That's the spirit. The rest is detail.
You can sign up if:
Trendnaut isn't for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors, and if we find out an account belongs to one, we close it.
Creating an account means you accept these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Security Statement. If any of that isn't OK with you, don't sign up. If you already did, close your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
These terms change sometimes. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance. We archive older versions and send them on request.
Trendnaut connects to your YouTube channel (Instagram Reels in Q3 2026) and:
Everything runs on your channel's data only. We don't compare you to other creators, sell aggregate insights, or publish trend reports.
14 days of full access, no credit card. Same product as Pro, no feature gates. On day 13 we send one email reminding you the trial is ending. On day 15, if you haven't upgraded, your dashboard goes read-only: data and history stay visible, but new sync stops. We delete nothing.
After the trial, Pro is $19/month, billed monthly through Polar.sh. Cancel anytime from settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then your dashboard goes read-only (same as an expired trial).
We don't offer refunds for completed billing periods.
This is structural, not stubborn. The trial gives you 14 days without a card, so by the time you pay you've already had two full weeks to decide. If you upgrade and change your mind the next day, we'll cancel so you aren't charged again, but we won't refund what you already paid.
One exception: billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, email us and we'll refund within 7 days.
EU users: under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service subscriptions. When you upgrade to Pro, we'll ask you to confirm that you want immediate access, which waives your right of withdrawal for that billing period. If you don't waive it, you can cancel within 14 days and we'll refund in full.
When using Trendnaut, you agree to:
You're responsible for what you publish through Trendnaut. We don't review or pre-moderate posts. If your content breaks a platform's terms or local law, that's on you.
You own everything you bring in. Videos, captions, channel data: yours. We claim no rights beyond what's strictly needed to run the service (storing it, showing it back to you, analyzing it).
When you close your account, you take your data with you. Export it from settings at any time. After deletion, we erase your data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (billing records for tax, for example).
The Trendnaut product is ours: software, analysis logic, recommendation engine, design, brand. You get a license to use it while your account is active. The license ends when the account ends.
You can take screenshots of your own analytics, share your weekly letter, and quote your insights. You can't republish the Trendnaut product, its UI, or its proprietary analysis methods as your own.
Trendnaut reads your past performance and suggests patterns to test. We don't guarantee growth, virality, engagement, follower count, or any outcome.
Recommendations feed your creative process. They don't replace it. Two creators with similar data can post the same idea and get different results, depending on craft, timing, audience mood, platform changes, and luck. We try to be specific and honest about what the data says. The data still can't decide for you, and neither can we.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running, accurate, and useful, but we don't promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or perfect predictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law (and equivalent law in your jurisdiction, including GDPR for EU users), Trendnaut's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you've paid us nothing (for example, trial users), the cap is $50.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages: lost revenue, lost followers, missed opportunities, emotional distress over a flopped post. This clause is standard. It exists because we charge $19/month, not $19,000.
If any part of this section is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest still applies.
You can stop using Trendnaut at any time. Cancel from settings, close your account, take your data with you.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you:
If we terminate your account for cause, no refund for the current billing period. If we terminate without cause (for example, we shut down the service), we refund the unused portion of your subscription and give you 30 days to export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with primary jurisdiction in the courts of São Paulo state.
For users in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections (such as GDPR), nothing in this section overrides your statutory rights. You can bring claims in your local courts where the law requires.
Before filing a formal dispute, please email hello@trendnaut.com. Most things resolve faster over email than over briefs.
We may add features, remove features, change pricing, or change how the product works. For material changes, especially pricing changes that affect active subscribers, we email you at least 30 days in advance.
If we shut down Trendnaut entirely, we'll give you at least 60 days notice, refund any unused subscription time, and provide a final export of your data.
